  I visited this store one evening recently looking to spruce up my wardrobe, intending to drop a few hundred bucks on shirts, ties, and dress pants for a new job. The nice older gentleman behind the counter greeted me then proceeded to completely ignore me for 15 minutes while he helped another man buy a coat. The two ladies “working” with him stood in the back of the store and chatted with each other - completely ignoring me the entire time. The older gentlemen never intervened. He was clearly NOT going to help me because he had his customer and the two ladies were supposed to actually work. These people were not teenagers and this isn’t the Gap. This is a nice store with quality clothes and the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Advice to management - don’t let Co-workers spats affect the customer. I’ll never go back. There are other choices right in the same plaza with better service and similar choices.
